“I had the most incredible experience on the bird photography tour led by Steve Sanchez. His deep knowledge of bird behavior and habitats made each part of the tour unforgettable. Not only did I capture stunning images of rare and beautiful birds, but I also gained invaluable insights into their natural environment. Steve’s support was fantastic in each aspect, finding the targeted birds, discussing the right camera settings and even photo editing.

Also, the logistics were superb; the transfers were always on time, the arranged hotels and lodges were very good and very well planned according to the targeted birds.

I have been taking bird photos for about 17 years. In this tour, we were 3 friends from Turkey, and Steve was part of our Team with his warm, friendly and professional approaches in each and every step of the tour. “We had been planning a Colombia bird photography trip for a long time. We got support from Steve Sanchez from Kuntur Birding for the 2 week trip.

From the first day we landed at Bogota Airport to the last day of the trip, Steve prepared a very comfortable, planned and efficient travel program for us. In addition to adhering to the entire program, he made great efforts to take beautiful photographs throughout the trip by reshaping the program according to the weather conditions and the conditions of the shooting areas. The hotels he chose for accommodation and our route were also very nice. Our transportation vehicle and driver were excellent.
